THE AUGUST - LIZARD KING
Artwork for the sublime debut LP 'Lizard King' by Post-Rock formation 'The August'. In order to visualize the ever-expanding, dream-like soundscapes, the illustrations clearly had to have a fantastic touch.
The record cover got housed in a screen-printed outer sleeve which allows the cover image to partly shine through.
So in a way by pulling out the record cover, you enter the dream in it's full bloom and you start to explore...
